Article 2: Purpose of the Contest
The Organizing Company is setting up a Contest, enabling any participant to be drawn at random to try to win the prize at stake, as described in Article 5.
A random electronic draw will be carried out monthly by the Organizing Company to determine the winner from among the participants who have correctly complied with the terms and conditions of participation defined in Article 3.
Article 3: Terms and conditions of participation
3.1 Conditions of participation
The Contest is open to all natural persons (hereinafter the “Participants”) who meet the following cumulative conditions:
- be over 18 years of age,
- reside in United Kingdom
Persons who have collaborated directly or indirectly in the organization of the Contest, as well as members of their respective direct families, employees of the Organizing Company or its subsidiaries, as well as subcontractors of the Organizing Company and/or their employees, are not authorized to participate in the Contest.
Participants may not use the Contest for purposes that would be contrary to the interests and image of the Contest or the Organizing Company.
Participation in this Contest implies acceptance, without reservation or restriction, of the present Rules in their entirety, as well as of the laws and regulations applicable to free games and publicity lotteries. Failure by Participants to comply with these conditions will render their participation null and void, and they may be held liable.
Participation in the Contest is strictly nominative. Participants authorize any verification of their identity, address and/or age. Any false indications of identity or age will automatically result in the elimination of their authors' participation in the Contest.
3.2 Terms and conditions of participation
To take part in the Contest, Participants must meet the following cumulative conditions:
-
Have registered on the Website with a valid email,
-
Have bought a product on the Website,
-
Have left a review on this product’s experience when invited through email by the Organizing Company.
Participants may take part in the Contest more than once.
Article 4: Designation of winners
A random draw will be carried out by the Organizing Company each month among the orders registered on the past month to select the winner from among the Contest participants who have correctly complied with the above conditions.
The winner will be contacted by email by the Organizing Company, within 30 days from the draw, in order to organize the dispatch of the prize defined in Article 5.
The Participants who have not been selected at random will not be contacted by the Organizing Company.
A winner may be designated more than once.
Article 5: Prizes
The winner selected at random will win the following prize(s):
- A bundle (value at least £50 incl. VAT)
The value of the prize is determined at the time of drafting these Rules and cannot be disputed. All expenses incurred subsequent to the Contest, in particular for the upkeep and use of the prize, are entirely at the winner' expense.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prize won with a similar prize of the same value and/or characteristics, without this giving rise to any claim whatsoever.
The prize cannot be exchanged, and its value cannot under any circumstances be paid in money or currency of any kind. It is specified that the Organizing Company will not provide any service or guarantee, the winnings consisting solely of the delivery of the above-mentioned prize. The Organizing Company may not be held responsible for the use of the prize by the winner.
Article 6: Prize delivery
The winner will be informed of the prize won by the Organizing Company by email. In response to this email, the winner must provide his/her surname, first name, postal/electronic address and telephone number, all of which are required to send the prize. The prize will be dispatched within one month of receipt of the winner's address.
If the postal/electronic address provided by the Participant is incorrect or does not correspond to that of the winner, or if for any other reason related to technical problems that do not allow the prize to be sent correctly, the Organizing Company may in no case be held responsible. Similarly, it is not the responsibility of the Organizing Company to search for the contact details of winners who cannot be reached due to an incorrect postal address.
Winner who cannot be contacted, or who do not reply within 10 days of being sent a private message to provide their postal/electronic address required to send the prize, may not claim any prize, compensation or indemnity of any kind whatsoever.
Article 7: No reimbursement of expenses
Participation in the Contest is at the expense of the Participants. Given the current state of service and technology, most Internet service providers offer free or flat-rate connections to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the Internet or to the Participant's mailbox on a free or flat-rate basis (such as connection by cable, ADSL or specialized connection) will not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is in this case contracted by the Internet user for his/her use of the Internet in general and that the fact that the Participant connects to the Internet or to his/her mailbox to consult it does not incur any additional costs or expenses.
Article 8: Personal data
The Organizing Company collects the personal data of Participants within the framework of the Contest (in particular the contact details of winners).
The personal data collected is intended solely for the use of the Organizing Company, i.e. the teams responsible for organizing and managing the Contest and awarding the prize to the winners.
This data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, i.e. up to 3 months after the end of the Contest (or the maximum prize-giving date).
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the Contest Participants.
The Organizing Company is authorized by Participants to communicate data concerning them to subcontractors and/or service providers exclusively for the purposes of managing the Contest.
The data collected as part of the Contest are:
- Participants' email address provided for the purpose of the prize draw,
- the surnames, first names, full postal addresses and telephone numbers of the winner for the dispatch of prizes.
In accordance with the personal data regulations, Participants have the right to access, rectify, limit the processing and portability of their data.
Participants may also object to the processing, withdraw their consent and request the deletion of their data.
Participants objecting to the processing, withdrawing their consent or requesting the deletion of their data before the end of the Contest will be deemed to have renounced their participation.
Participants may exercise their rights by writing to: privacycompliance@ceva.com.
In the event of a complaint not resolved directly with Ceva Santé Animale, participants may contact the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

Article 9: Liability
The Organizing Company reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the present contest if circumstances so require. The Organizing Company may not be held liable in such an event.
The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the sole obligation of the Organizing Company in respect of the Contest is to record the participants' entries, provided that they comply with the conditions of these rules, and to award the prizes to the winners, in accordance with the criteria and procedures defined in these rules.
The Organizing Company may not be held responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind whatsoever, for the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network, or for the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation.
Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the terms & service and the terms of sale of the Website, and, more generally, of the Internet, in terms of technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information.
The Organizing Company may not be held liable for any incident or accident occurring during the use and/or enjoyment of the prize won.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to exclude from the Contest any person who does not fully comply with these Rules, and to prosecute any person who attempts to defraud or interfere with the proper conduct of the Contest.
10.2. The Organizing Company may decide to cancel the Contest if it appears that obvious fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular computer fraud in connection with participation in the Contest or the determination of the winners.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any and all checks to ensure compliance with this article and with the Rules as a whole, in particular to disqualify any Participant who has committed any form of abuse or attempted fraud.
It is agreed that the data contained in the Organizing Company's information systems is conclusive as to the connection elements and information resulting from computer processing relating to the Contest organized by the Organizing Company.
10.3 The Rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be settled exclusively by the Organizing Company. No telephone request or complaint concerning the application or interpretation of these Rules will be answered. Any dispute or claim relating to the Contest must be made in writing to the Organizing Company no later than thirty days from the end of the Contest.
