GOLDEN TICKET PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to the CEVA Golden Ticket promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to these Terms and confirms they have read and understood our Privacy Notice at https://www.ceva.co.uk/Footer-links/Privacy-policy. Please see how we limit our liability in the “Liability” section below.
1. Promoter: CEVA Animal Health Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 03085474) with its registered office address at Explorer House, Mercury Park Wycombe Lane, Wooburn Green, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England, HP10 0HH (“CEVA”).
2. Promotion period: The Promotion opens on 1 August 2026 and closes on 30 June 2027 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. The Promotion is not open to: (i) any employee or contractor of CEVA, any CEVA group company or affiliate, any promotion administrator or any prize provider; (ii) anyone else who is professionally involved or associated with the Promotion; or (iii) the immediate families (parent, child, spouse and sibling) and households of any of those individuals. CEVA reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as CEVA considers necessary.
4. How to participate (purchase required): One (1) Golden Ticket and ten (10) Silver Tickets have been randomly distributed among packs of the FELIWAY Optimum Starter Kit for sale within the United Kingdom. For a chance to win the Golden Ticket prize or a Silver Ticket prize, eligible participants must purchase a pack of FELIWAY Optimum Starter Kit during the Promotion Period and look inside to see if the pack contains a physical winning Golden Ticket or Silver Ticket.
5. Product availability: Only packs of FELIWAY Optimum Starter Kit sold in the United Kingdom are included in the Promotion and have a chance of including the Golden Ticket or a Silver Ticket. Packs of FELIWAY Optimum Starter Kit are subject to availability while stocks last. 6. Prize limits: A maximum of one (1) prize per person applies to this Promotion, so if a participant discovers the Golden Ticket or a Silver Ticket, they will win that prize but they will not be eligible to win another prize. In the unlikely event that a participant discovers multiple Golden/Silver Tickets, only the first prize claimed will be awarded and any further prize claimed will be forfeited and donated to a charity or charitable cause of CEVA’s choice.
7. Golden Ticket prize: There is one (1) Golden Ticket to be found in this Promotion. The Golden Ticket entitles the winner to a physical £500 Love2shop Holidays Gift Card. The Golden Ticket prize is subject to the Love2shop Holidays terms and conditions available at https://www.love2shopholidays.co.uk/home.phtml. Winners are responsible for ensuring they are familiar with all applicable prize terms and restrictions, including any expiry dates.
8. Silver Ticket prizes: There are ten (10) Silver Tickets to be found in this Promotion. A Silver Ticket entitles the holder to a physical £100 Love2shop Gift Card. The Silver Ticket prizes are subject to the Love2shop terms and conditions available at https://www.love2shop.co.uk/where-to-spend-love2shop-gift-cards. Winners are responsible for ensuring they are familiar with all applicable prize terms and restrictions, including any expiry dates.
9. Prize claims: Any participant who finds the Golden Ticket or a Silver Ticket must claim their prize by scanning the QR code on the ticket to https://www.feliway.co.uk/pages/golden-ticket and following the claim instructions. Full claim instructions are also printed on the tickets. Claims must be submitted by no later than the last day of the Promotion Period (30 June 2027). When submitting a claim, winners will be required to agree to these Terms and provide their name, telephone number, postal address and the unique ticket number on their winning Golden Ticket or Silver Ticket. CEVA reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and possession of the Golden Ticket or Silver Ticket in such form as CEVA considers necessary.
10. Prize delivery: Prizes will be delivered to winners by post to the postal address provided by the winners during the prize claim process. Prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) days of a valid prize claim, unless a later delivery date is agreed with any winner during the claim process.
11. Prize forfeiture: CEVA reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the winner fails to claim their prize or fails to provide any requested information or documentation by the claim deadline, or if CEVA has reason to believe that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or has otherwise breached these Terms. Unclaimed/forfeited prizes will be donated to a charity or charitable cause of CEVA’s choice.
12. Prize substitution: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond CEVA’s control, a prize (or any element of it) may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in CEVA’s discretion.
13. Tax: Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes (if any) arising from the receipt of a prize.
14. Liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) breach of consumer rights including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to this, CEVA and its group companies and affiliates (“CEVA Parties”) will not be responsible or liable to any participant for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable to the CEVA Parties or to the participant at the time of participation in this Promotion or that was caused by a third party or an event or circumstance outside the reasonable control of the CEVA Parties. (Loss or damage is “foreseeable” if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time of participation, both parties knew it might happen.)
15. Liability of social media platforms and other third parties: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform, Park Retail Limited (trading as Love2shop), Park Card Services Ltd (or any other member of the PayPoint Group) or any other third party. All third-party trade marks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. Participation in prize promotions via social media platforms is always subject to the rules, terms and policies of those social media platforms. By participating in this Promotion, participants are providing their information to CEVA and CEVA is solely responsible for the organisation and administration of this Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant social media platforms and other third parties shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities, and each participant hereby releases the owners and operators of the relevant social media platforms and any other relevant third parties from any and all liability in relation to their participation in the Promotion.
16. Cancellation and variation: CEVA reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Terms if it considers it necessary to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event or circumstance outside CEVA’s reasonable control. If the Promotion is cancelled, prizes may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
17. Disqualification: Without limiting CEVA’s options, CEVA reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or participants that CEVA regards as being in breach of these Terms, any applicable laws, any terms referred to in these Terms and/or the spirit of the Promotion.
18. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. CEVA reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this section including, without limitation, to exclude any participant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.
19. Publicity: By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees that, in the event of a win, CEVA shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their name and/or social media handle on CEVA’s websites and social media. Participants may also be asked (without obligation or further reward) to provide a photo of themselves to be used alongside any winner announcement or to take part in other reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.
20. Intellectual property rights: By participating in the Promotion, each participant grants to CEVA a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable licence to use their name, social media handle, photograph (if provided) and entry (together, the “Materials”) for the purpose of administering the Promotion and prize fulfilment, for internal business purposes, for publicity purposes connected with the Promotion and for general advertising, marketing and PR purposes. This licence includes the right to edit, modify and adapt the Materials, to incorporate the Materials into or combine them with other materials, and to publish the Materials in any media, including in any print media such as CEVA’s brochures and in any online media such as CEVA’s websites and social media. Each participant acknowledges and agrees that they have no right to review, approve or receive notice of any such use of the Materials. Each participant irrevocably and unconditionally waives, in favour of CEVA and its sub-licensees all moral rights, performers’ rights and similar rights that the participant may have in relation to the Materials under any applicable law.
21. Disclosure of winner details: By participating in the Promotion, each participant acknowledges that if they are a winner, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to those enquiring. Any participant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting CEVA using the contact details below. In these circumstances, the participant acknowledges that CEVA may still disclose the relevant information, and the participant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where CEVA is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the advertised prizes. To request disclosure of winner details, enquirers must submit a request to CEVA by email using the contact details at the end of these Terms below within one (1) month following the end of the Promotion Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the prizes have been awarded.
22. Personal data: Participants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with CEVA’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.ceva.co.uk/Footer-links/Privacy-policy.
23. Accessing these Terms: Any website on which these Terms are posted is only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom and where permitted by law. CEVA makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
24. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms will not be affected. CEVA’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
25. Disputes: Subject to the “Law and Jurisdiction” section below, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Terms, CEVA’s decisions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any document referred to in these Terms, these Terms take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
26. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring and defend claims in their home courts.
