"I bought this after sadly losing one of my senior rescue cats, Jack, to cancer in March, and seeing his brother William struggling to adjust, walking the home looking for Jack, being much more vocal, having a flare of his cystitis and turning into a Velcro cat. Within hours of plugging in this diffuser, he was so much more settled, less vocal and happier to sleep in a different room to me rather than following me around and wanting to be as close to me as possible. I highly recommend this for anyone who has cats and they’re going through a stressful time, whether due to grief, moving house, building works or any other situation that might cause them undue stress. I will be buying more of these to help my boy when planned major works are due to be undertaken on our home."

"The instructions did not make sense. The insertion of the cartridge was challenging and have no idea if it is correct! It also said the plug should be on an angle when plugged in but there is no rotating part so I don’t know and can’t tell if it is on or doing anything so it feels like a waste of money. However, did request the free extra cartridge as I’m from Yorkshire and I like to get my money’s worth!"
