Getting to the vet can be stressful for you and your cat.

Process of getting the cat into the cat carrier, the journey, waiting room and then examination can be very stressful.

Vets know this and most use Feliway within their practice to reduce the level of stress.

Using Feliway as above will help your cat manage the stress of going to the vets.

How to make going to the vet easier

At least 15 minutes before putting the cat inside cat carrier.
Spray the inside cat carrier (one spray in each corner and two sprays on the floor and ceiling).
For extended vet stays (hospitalisation) plug in a Feliway Diffuser at home for the cats return.

It will also help other cats (if multi-cat household) that may not recognize this cat, as he may smell and/or look different (bandages, elizabethan collar,etc).
